Up to 50 games are FREE using the LITE version for leagues or tournaments.
You can also set up a registration page and start collecting payments without having to provide any payment yourself.
Pricing
Up to 50 games are FREE (with ads – using LITE, without PRO features).
In order to publish schedules with more games, you will need a monthly subscription (cancel anytime).
You only need one subscription for all your schedules.
You can cancel any time – no minimum commitment.
To start your subscription, simply click PUBLISH SCHEDULE on your schedule maker page and select the plan you'd like.
What does x games included mean?
Each subscription plan includes a certain number of games per month.
Extra games are charged at $0.10 each in LITE / $0.25 each in PRO.
How are games counted?
You always pay for the upcoming 30 days. That means when you subscribe, or your subscription renews, games in the upcoming 30 days are counted across your published schedules. If you add more games in that period, these will be reconciled in your next renewal invoice. This means you might be charged for extra games in the previous month even though your upcoming month is under the included number of games.
E.g. you have a LITE subscription and you have a total of 120 games this month, your renewal cost will be $9.95 + 20 x $0.10 = $11.95
PRO Features
See what you get with PRO here.
Customers with grandfathered subscriptions may still be asked to pay separately for tournaments. You might find that updating your subscription to a new tier (see above) gives you better pricing.
Pricing for Tournaments (legacy)
Our new subscriptions include tournaments and leagues under the same subscription pricing, see above.
We consider tournaments any events that take only a few days (e.g. a weekend) where teams usually play multiple games a day.
Note: in order to select your pricing tier, go to one of your schedules and click PUBLISH SCHEDULE at the bottom of the page
Is it a League or a Tournament?
Our new subscriptions include tournaments and leagues under the same subscription pricing, see above.
We consider tournaments any events that take only a few days (e.g. a weekend) where teams usually play multiple games a day.
If your event takes place over the course of several weeks/months, you should most likely be using the league scheduler.
The tournament scheduler uses a different algorithm to allocate games.
If you're having a hard time with your schedule, please reach out via chat and we'll help you figure out what the issue is – in some cases using the tournament algorithm works better even for longer running leagues.
This is because the league scheduler works in terms of weeks and will allocate games only into time slots available for the week to which they belong. The tournament scheduler is free of weeks and looks at all time slots across the whole event when allocating games.
