How to delete your account

We understand that all customers’ needs and preferences differ, and that is why we give our customers the option to delete their account if they wish.

If you’re looking to delete your account, please just let us know in the chat and we will take care of it for you.

Note that it can take up a business day or two for us to complete the account deletion process, but your information will be completely removed from our system during this process, including any schedules, teams, etc. you've created in the system.
