On the event info page, click the edit button on the first panel:

You'll see the form below. Enter your rules and a description if you'd like.

you may use HTML for rules (but not for description), so you can create headings, bullet points etc. – if you're not familiar with HTML, you may use something like this or ChatGPT etc. to generate it;
